I bridge the gap between academia and industry
I am an entrepreneur and scholar. I started my first venture at the age of 12. By the age of 18, I was already running an online magazine, a non-profit organisation and was on the executive board of a major publication house
I led several digitisation, growth, diversification and optimisation projects with companies of all sizes in multiple industries and sectors and. I also hold several guest positions internationally.
With a PhD in Strategy, Enterprise and Innovation, I have published in leading international journals and raised significant external funding for research and consulting. I am a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce and the Advance Higher Education (previously known as Higher Education Academy).

Industrial Collaboration
I mentor and work with micro, small and medium-size companies on their growth, digitisation and resource management/diversification goals.
Research
Socio-psychological factors and artificial intelligence (AI) in entrepreneurial learning and sustainability.
Teaching
I predominantly teach on MBA and executive education courses. I supervise postgraduate and PhD students.
External Engagements
I am on the panel of judges for the Scottish Edge Funding Competition and I am a mentor for Virgin StartUp. Furthermore, I sit on the board of several organisations.
